Plain version: build as many apps as you like, including for money. Don't resell the kit itself.
You may
- Build unlimited applications, commercial and non-commercial.
- Modify the source however you like.
- Ship compiled applications built from it to any app store.
- Use it for client work, subject to your seat tier.
You may not
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the source code or any substantial portion of it.
- Publish it, or a derivative, as a template, starter kit, boilerplate or course — free or paid.
- Share repository access with anyone outside your seat allocation.
- Build a product that competes directly with Nativestarter.
Seats
A seat is one individual, not one machine. Seats are not transferable between people while active. Contractors count against your total for the duration of their work.

Client work
Under the Agency tier you may deliver a built application to a client and transfer ownership of that application. You may not transfer the Nativestarter source itself as a reusable starting point — the client needs their own licence for that.
Refunds
14 days, no questions asked. Email us and it's done. Repository access is revoked on refund.
Warranty
Provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Liability is limited to the amount you paid. Questions: legal@nativestarter.io
