## What it is

A Turborepo monorepo containing a universal iOS/Android/Web Expo app, its own Hono +
Drizzle + better-auth backend, and a Next.js admin console. Sold as a one-time purchase
with lifetime access.

## What makes it different

- Runs with zero API keys. "pnpm install && pnpm dev" boots the full stack against
  seeded in-memory fakes. No Supabase project, no Stripe dashboard.
